Loaded Foil-Pack Steak Fries
1 lb. Yukon gold potatoes (about 4), each cut into 8 wedges
1/2 cup water
1-1/2 cupsShredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
2 green onions, sliced
Heat grill to medium heat.
Place potatoes in microwaveable bowl. Add water; cover with waxed paper. Microwave on HIGH 5 min.; drain.
Place potatoes on large sheet of heavy-duty foil sprayed with cooking spray; fold to make packet.
Grill 10 min. Cut slits in foil to release steam. Carefully open top of packet. Top potatoes with cheese, bacon and onions; reseal packet. Let stand 1 to 2 min. or until cheese is melted.
