CROCK POT BONELESS PORK LOIN WITH GRAVY
2-3 lb pork loin
8 oz sliced Mushrooms
1 med onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
3 med carrots, cut in chunks
2 stalks of celery, cut in chucks
10.75 oz cream of mushroom soup
2.4 oz pork roast gravy mix (packet sizes can vary with different brands)
½ cup water or chicken stock
1 sprig of fresh rosemary
2 sprig of fresh thyme
Place your pork loin in your 2.5-quart crock pot.
Add onions,celery, mushrooms garlic and carrots.
Spoon your soup over your pork loin.
Sprinkle your gravy mix evenly over everything.
add sprigs of rosemary and thyme
Pour your water over the top of everything.
Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
Remove your pork loin from your crock pot, place in a serving dish, give your gravy a good stir and pour over your pork loin in your serving dish.
Tonight I’m serving over a bed of flat noodles with a garden salad.
